MORGAN NADIA WILLIAMS

Actor — NYC.

Meet Morgan! A Baltimore-born actor, Old Bay enthusiast, and current Brooklyn resident.

Perhaps it’s the Leo rising in her, but she could never resist an opportunity to perform, even as a kid. Her first introduction to the stage came in the form of dance at The Baltimore School for the Arts. There, she studied the Horton and Graham technique, as well as ballet, in their TWIGs program. She loved it. Moving so freely on the stage was magnificent! The costumes she donned were captivating! But the only thing about being in ballets was that…she couldn’t speak. And little miss Morgan loved (and still loves) to gab. Thus, she made her unofficial acting debut in the Baltimore Arena Players’ production of Annie as Molly. (On this note, she sincerely apologizes to anyone who heard her pitchy rendition of “Maybe”. She swears her singing abilities have improved in the past 17 years.)

Morgan received her formal acting training at NYU Tisch, where she completed 3 years of training with the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, with a focus in Shakespeare and modern realism works. She went on to spend her final year at Tisch in the Stonestreet Screen Acting Conservatory. On a sunny day in May 2023, crying Kim Kardashian tears as NYU played ‘Empire State of Mind’ for the 100th time, she graduated with a BFA in Drama.

Outside of performing, Morgan has always had a love for movement and athletics. She has experience in track & field and gymnastics, and still enjoys a good run or hitting the occasional back walkover into a split. She has full faith that both these skills will save her in the case of an apocalypse.

But what is Morgan doing when she’s not performing or exercising, you ask?! She ventures the city! She reads! She writes! She plays ‘Superstar’ by Usher on repeat until her phone dies! She lives!!!

And she lives so that she might bring that much more life into her work.
